CE-3083 Run integration tests in GitLab

Domonkos Gulyas requested to merge int-tests-reb into develop

Enable run ITs in .gitlab-ci.yml and add a verify step.

Fix bugs comes from refactoring table names to match snake_case.

Switch to manual container lifecycle management in ITs.

Pass IP address from compose.

Override PostgreSQL config.

Closes CE-3083
