CE-612: Use components from common

Closes CE-612

Ess logo should probably be added to common instead of all applications having that svg locally.

Note that I pretty much copied the login/user menu from Deploy. The login functionally is temp faked just to visualize UI. Did not want to mess with APi calls since Tina is working on that right now.
