CE-2550: Remove pagination from query params + ROW_PER_PAGE constant

Did not get to do proper testing of this since we don't have any BE service running for this and the pagination is dependent of it.

The code is very similar to the other refactors I did on deploy and template so should be fine. Worst case we'll catch it once we start developing more in naming anyways.
