CE-4342: Harmonise status codes

  • Adjusted swagger documentation (especially response codes)
  • Adjusted exception handling on controller layer
  • Some exceptions were not handled in the GlobalExcentionHandler
  • Adjusted exception-logging to be able to identify the place more easily where the exception was "occurred"
