Resolve CE-2040 "Fetch git main branch commits only"

Commits will show up only from the main/default branch.

Deployed to https://ce-template-test.cslab.esss.lu.se environment.

Can be checked on this type during the instance generation that you can not search for nonce-default branch commits anymore (from config repo):
