CE-2624: Disallow hyphens in IOC type and instance names

Domonkos Gulyas requested to merge CE-2624_Disallow-hyphens-in-names into develop

The regular expression that validates IOC type and instance names has been modified to disallow hyphens. The tests has been also updated accordingly.
