Resolve CE-3227 "Extend preview generation"

Imre Toth requested to merge CE-3227_Extend_preview_generation into develop

Extended preview generation with the "template file-name". The parameter is optional. The file-name is checked to not to fail with the usual restrictions.

Id the file-name is not provided, the "original" st.cmd.mustache will be used as template.
