The following rules has been applied to the newly created template-, and config repositories:
- Minimum of one approval
- Merge checks: All threads resolved
- Merge checks: All pipelines must succeed
- Approval settings: Prevent approval by author
- Approval settings: Prevent approvals by users who add commits
- Prevent editing approval rules in merge requests
