Resolve CE-2653 "Instance generation wizard preview"

Known Limitations:

• no row / substitution highlighting
• tad bit of uncertainty with how to display selected configs
• the examples are bad; they have incompatible template and config files e.g. template may have {{ some_var }} but config has {{ someVar }}
