CE-2762: UX improvements preview generation

In this MR I also fixed pills not wrapping (see screenshot) and some padding around text in drawer when there are no config files.

For better overview I collected files related to the same section in one folder and created at parent component for the select config files section. Looks like many changes but are really most moved files.

Also added error handling of our BE errors to the DataLoader component. These errors has another structure than rtk errors.

Changed deliverables a bit after discussions with @anderslindh1 .

• Change Title Spelling (now it is every word capitalised) for titles and headings. Should be only first word, first letter capitalised.

• Comment from user: Would be nice if click on selected instance pill would trigger preview.
