CE-2961: Revise instance selector

CE-2961-revise-instance-selector into develop

Removes pills section and changes behavior of Config Instance drawer menu. Now the config select is permanent and has similar behavior as the LHS Drawer menu. I also did some general clean up of mostly unnecessary MUI components and styles.

I have a test template instance set up on DEMO

Follow-ups:

  • Unselect preview
  • Template field clearing logic
