CE-3206: Emphasize failed jobs

The story I added for this is purely to be able to view the different states. We should really have a story for the entire log details view, but since we haven't implemented msw in template yet, this will have to do for now.

Note: common version needs to be updated when MR for fix for partial failures is merged.
