CE-3221: Make config revision selector controlled

Max Frederiksen requested to merge CE-3221-input-field-controlled into develop

In order to programmatically clear the config revision field if the template revision field was cleared we had to make it controlled.

Since we don't have the whole GitReference as object in context I had to do the filtering logic. If you think I should change the logic in context let me know.

Depends on change in common.
