Rename and remove react-scripts, update readme etc.

I have moved some things to the gitlab-ci repo as well as renaming certain scripts. This will cause pipeline failures, once all the MR's have been approved I will first merge the gitlab-ci MR and then the UI repos. I will the monitor the pipeline to make sure it runs smoothly.
