CE-2824: Individual step components based on state

  • added status icons that can be used separately (not having to be a step)
  • added reusable steps
  • added stories for both steps and icons

This should not yet affect any consuming applications, will be in future tasks, so this is to be checked as a pure Common task. Check stories and code.
