CE-3586: Globalappbar color

Johanna Szepanski requested to merge CE-3586-globalappbar-color into main

Did some migration to typescript and in that process removed some things we are not using. Didn't migrate stories since they were not the main target of this ticket. There is a ticket to refactor/improve the GlobalAppBar so the implementation of different color based on instance is the simplest possible.
