CE-1716: define font weights

Realized that we are setting the font-weight to "bold" on typography items, however the Titillium font "bold" weight is excessive. This redefines the font weights (e.g. as used on Typography components) to something more reasonable.

Typography story updated to make inspection of the weights possible.
