cavity calibration OPI updated and some related others OPIs optimized

Hi @yannmandza cavity calibration OPI updated and have optimized some related top OPIs as well, it would be better if we put the cavity parameters (cavity efficient length and cavity geometry) inside the IOC for each LLRF (hard coded), cause each LLRF is independent, so that is safer way to do it.
