E3-527: Deleting extra files

The suggested contents of ch10 is basically contained in ch5, so I don't think it adds a lot to go into further detail.

The suggested contents for ch11 and ch12 I think are beyond the scope of this document. I think we can and should assume that people know how to use git if they are going to contribute to e3, and adding a tutorial for that is a much bigger task.

Regarding the EPICS community, we could just add a link at the beginning to the tech-talk page/mailing list, but I don't think we need a tutorial page on that.
