e3-596: fix sphinx build warnings

This MR addresses the warnings being generated when sphinx-build was run.

Fixed: Fix link to cell mode documentation - update reference, and add required anchor

Changed: Move toctree commented entries outside toctree structure so that they are not processed as part of the toctree Added orphan: true directives to the article pages that are currently excluded from the documentation
