Added a new iocsh called autosave-ess.iocsh in order to follow naming convention for PVs. Also added have a new env variable called IOCDIR which should be setup in the conda env which should replace the non allowed characters in the IOCNAME. This iocsh should be called in the e3-common.iocsh
