The recipe has been brought in-line with other conda recipes used for EPICS modules. This entails changing how the module is built and modifying some of the source code structure.
The package version has also been brought up to 0.6.6 to be synchronised with the matching e3-wrapper, and the core snippet has been renamed from essioc.iocsh to common_config.iocsh.
