E3-1041: Merge in auth

Anders Lindh Olsson requested to merge anderslindh1/essioc-recipe:e3-1041_merge_in_auth into master

This MR merges the contents of auth - which primarily is .acf files - into essioc to facilitate the release process for updates to access configurations.

It also unifies the module content and version with the essioc of vanilla e3.
