Add calc dep

Benjamin Bertrand requested to merge add-calc-dep into master

I synchronised the recipe with the e3 wrapper. calc was added as dependency and specific ess templates are used.

@andersharrisson , @simonrose and @antonisimelio, could one of you approve those changes? Putting @gabrielfedel in copy as he previously updated the recipe to 3.1.16
