Contains source code overwriting MRFIOC2's ntpshm file in order to add polling of the clocks before writing to NTP shared memory segment (this greatly improves syncronization and can reach 10s of nanoseconds in jitter) as well as enable false spikes to be injected into the NTP shared memory segment for testing downstream clients of the clock.
