Update to plugin latest version

Marco Filho requested to merge ICSHWI-19174 into main

The latest updates are meant to be used as part of the NGEM software stack. Schemas is responsible for serializing nGEM events sent by the detector. It then sends a serialized array as a callback. PluginKafka can get these and send to our kafka clusters when needed.
