E3-475: add GitLab CI

• Add CI script
• Update module and base/require versions
• Fix case
• Update name for ifcdaqdrv module to be consistent with environment

Note: build is failing, but I suspect this is due to the module code being incompatible with the new version of ifcdaqdrv.
