MR for the 2022 Beam Production changes 1st out of 2

The main part is to consolidate different issues and align with the latest deployment updates/changes. On top of that:

  • Bugfixes after DTL1 commissioning done
  • New functionality for setting up the beam current
  • Incorporation of MR from e3team (partial)

NOTE: there is WIP, the remaining MRs are being incorporated, and some new functionality is being added for the SAR3.
