SRR3 changes for end of commissioning

  • Please treat it ASAP
  • fix for the frequency calculation
  • I could not commit to the e3 repo straight away (as requested by @simonrose) hence again the old way, via my fork
  • As I will be partially off at the beginning of the week, please merge after reviewing by @gabrielfedel and deploy the module ASAP
