Revert "Bump of e3 module version"

This reverts merge request !8 (merged)

Version was bumped from 2.0.0 to 3.0.0, but it wasn't needed, because the changes were just in the wrapper

(new E3 enviroment versions, for epics and require). Bumping only the revision number is enough in this case.
