Adding the new changes to the master branch of official repository. The changes can be described as follows

Changes on March 20, 2024: Updated added readme to the opi generating scripts and updated OPI.

Changes on March 24, 2024: Used the new DLN02 configuration to update the iocsh file.

Changes on March 26, 2024: Added new beam destinations and beam modes in the IOC

Updated for new DLN02 signals
