Include operation modes: Island, Mixed and Global

Now is possible to select which operation mode is being used. Island: completely local events Mixed: follow one of the frequency events from global timing (0.5Hz, 1Hz, 2Hz, 3.5Hz, 7Hz, 14Hz) Global: follow all the global events
