The new PV FFTuningOffset was added and the FF phase is calculated as FFTuningOffset + SPPhase in closed loop operations. The direct input to the FFPhase is blocked is system is SCL and the mode is not LLRF Expert.

To be checked on lab setup so I mark it as draft.
