Waveanalyser App migration

This branch is the second one created for this ticket: ICSHWI-15888

here we migrated the high-level Waveanalyser application. The app startup script needs to provide the base prefix (ex, HBL-010) required for Motor PV.

about that motor PV, the R part of its name is also section-dependent, only the PV property seems to be the same. so I created the macro in each section snippet.
