E3-614: Standardise according to e3 standards

The goal of this MR is to attempt to standardise e3-mrfioc2 according to e3 team standards. This includes:

• Standard patch system
• No need to install macropragma, but replacing it with an appropriate sed script which can run as a part of make db.
• Cleaning up unnecessary files
