Update dependencies for latest e3 environment

Anders Lindh Olsson requested to merge 4-module-dependencies-must-be-updated into master

This configuration has been test-built by me on a blank (CSI-distributed via CSEntry) CentOS machine for all three relevant architectures. The build succeeds, and the module can be loaded by require without any issues.
