E3-638: Add version into path to patch files.

Restructure patch by adding version into path to patch files. This branch-build failed because that patches must be applied to have a successful build on version 2.3.4+1. Now, the path to patch files have been changed on "e3-638_restructure_patch" branch and could not be applied anymore before modify the build system.
