Add support for ADAravis cameras

I was too slow to react to E3-469. I've been working on this module over at andreaspersson/e3-npm for some time. These are my changes, rebased on top of Simon's fixes from !8 (merged).

  • Add support for ADAravis cameras. In particular FLIR BlackFly S GigE.
  • Add PVAImage plugin.
  • Remove ecmc files. Moved to separate IOC.
  • Remove EVR files. Moved to separate IOC.
