Fix sensor actuator readout

This MR fixes the voltage and current readouts on the sensor side. Additionally, it also changes the way the preview waveform is being displayed - now there is no need to refresh the graph. The changes are visible in real-time. It also introduces changes in the OPIs that correspond to modification in the IOC.
