Modification to prepare module for a review

Things I've done:

  • Remove references to the Cavity Identification IOC (from dbs and OPIs)
  • Change some of the PV names cause they exceeded the length limit
  • Change some of the PV names cause they occurred not to be internal
  • Add some comments to state machines and PVs
  • Add documentation (some instructions how to use it)
