Draft: Include aliases for most PVs

Henrique Silva requested to merge 0_2_0_alias into 0_2_1_alias_update

This is to make sure that the version 0.2.0, which only works with a specific PLC code, also follows the update on PV property names, without breaking compatibility with already deployed systems.

This MR follows the same changes as !15 (closed)

There are some properties that I couldn't figure out the meaning by the name (which is exactly the point of this MR), so some input is needed to finish it. MR will be left in draft until then.
