Include save and restore tags

Rafael Montano requested to merge rflps/sim/e3-rflps_sim:master into master

This new build release includes TAGS for save and restore available in the IOC. This module is still compatible with RFLPS E3_MODULE_VERSION:=1.1.1+0 with no conflicts at the read/write commands or records.
