Updated records with new PV naming warm linac, included solenoid new function

This new version includes the new PV naming for warm linac

  • The templates have been renamed to use the same structure from MBL and HBL with PREFIX.
  • There are new records and PV names for the new solenoid function in rflpsSOL*.template.
  • The error bits mapping has been converted to PVs to get more details of the errors.
  • Updated E3_MODULE_VERSION to 1.2.0+0
