Added tests for compiling sequencer modules

This allows for the tests for sequencer to be run as a part of sequencer. Note that this depends the changes from https://gitlab.esss.lu.se/e3/e3-require/-/merge_requests/125, and so probably cannot be merged until that version of require has been released.
