This is new test try to get possible errors when IOC goes to RESET
state, after received simulated backplane triggers (in this case
an odd number of it)

Simplify state_change command

Updates testing scripts to take LLRF prefix as input to allow testing of systems with multiple digitiser instances.

Simplify state_change command to allow for the special case of RESETTING state where expected state name != requested state name.

Update startup

This way PVs from timing will not have the same name, and is possible to
have more than 1 of this on the same network without cause any problem.

The new mode just work if deploy script is executed with boards
already recognized by OS
