The last commit uses pv_name without $, so the resulted file
was invalid. This change fix this and set the description to
original PV, this ensure the description will be set right even
when alias is the same as channel.

Changes the mechanism of setting alias and description.

And add a first line on input file to describe the file

When size > 41, warn and truncate description

Use TIGER as reference for this template

Now, using an input file is possible to define alias and description
for the channels.

Test control tables

Now there are tests for ang and mag tables and q and i tables
for Special mode

Add comments and set verbosity to 2, so all tests are showed during
execution

With the old math some times channel 8 got 16 (an invalid range)
