Draft: Add ess linux

Gabriel Fedel requested to merge add_ess_linux into master

This is a WIP to build sis8300llrf to ESS Linux. With these changes I can build it, and load the module without problem, but I suppose it will not use the mkl as it is not available on ESS Linux right now (to be checked).
