Issue reference / description

On the way to support load of calibration data for all vmm asics for gdgem. So far created a calibrationfile class.

Only functional change for current behaviour is in: prototype2/gdgem/srs/SRSTime.cpp

This will affect event processing in subtle ways. Could break the integration test, but can be easily fixed.
