"Last" delay line detector processing code

Issue reference / description

This is the "last" part of the implementation of the delay line detector processing (bug fixes and other improvement are expected). It includes the following changes:

  • A simple ASIO UDP client with unit tests.
  • Relevant changes and additions to the "main processing code".
  • Various bug-fixes and other minor changes.
