Issue reference / description

Grafana metrics prefix is generated automatically Added uptime metric in main process Renamed some sonde metrics Added Kafka stats to multigrid Parser updated to support both detector and main stats for use in efushell/efustats Unit tests updated accordingly

NOTE: Some integration tests may now fail because of changed metrics names.
